Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Stimch. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, ask us at[email protected] before you rely on your own reading of it.
What Stimch does
Stimch lets you create an AI agent that answers messages on a WhatsApp number you own. You write the instructions; the agent follows them. You link your number by scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works.
Your account
- You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it.
- Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think it has been exposed.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16.
Your number, your messages
The agent answers as you, from your number. That has two consequences worth stating plainly:
- What the agent says is your responsibility. Read your instructions, and test the agent before you point real customers at it.
- Your use of WhatsApp stays subject to WhatsApp's own terms. Stimch is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta, and we cannot promise how they will treat any particular account or automation.
What you may not do
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or anything a reasonable person calls spam.
- Use an agent to deceive people about who they are talking to. If someone asks directly whether they are speaking to a person, the agent does not lie — and you must not instruct it to.
- Collect payment card numbers, passwords or identity documents through an agent.
- Break the law with it, harass anyone, or impersonate a business you do not run.
- Try to extract our prompts or interfere with the service for other customers.
We can suspend an account that does these things. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
What the agent can get wrong
Agents are built on language models and they can be wrong. They can misread a message, miss a nuance, or answer something you did not anticipate. Stimch gives you the tools to see every conversation and to take over any of them at any time — reply from your own phone and the agent steps back. Use them. Do not point an agent at a decision that needs a person and then leave the room.
Plans, messages and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. A message counts in both directions — what your customer sends and what the agent answers — because both are work the service performed. When a plan's messages run out the agent tells you and pauses; it does not keep answering into a bill you did not agree to. Fees already paid are not refunded for time you did not use, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Your data
Your conversations, contacts and instructions are yours. What we do with them is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Ask us and we will give you a copy of your data or delete it.
Availability
We aim to keep Stimch running and we do not promise it never stops. Part of the path runs through WhatsApp, which we do not control. We will not deliberately break something you depend on without telling you.
Ending it
You can stop whenever you like — close your account from the dashboard or ask us. We can end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. If we end your account without cause, we refund the unused part of what you prepaid.
Liability
Stimch is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If we change these terms we update the date above, and we email account holders when a change materially affects them. Continuing to use Stimch after a change means you accept it.
Entity and governing law
Stimch is operated by Rebord LLC, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
